This past weekend, we attended one of the biggest bashes on New Orleans’ event calendar: Emeril Lagasse’s Foundation Boudin, Bourbon & Beer. Boudin, Bourbon & Beer challenged more than 60 chefs from all over the country to make the tastiest dish they can with boudin.
#EmerilBBB16 was the biggest one yet. Rumors are it even sold out meaning about five thousand people were gathered in Champion’s Square to celebrate some of the South’s most iconic foods and beverages. With unlimited food, bourbon, beer (and wine), this feast is unlike any other in our city.

One of the coolest things about Boudin, Bourbon & Beer is not only that the dishes are cooked by some of the best chefs in America, but you actually get to see them IRL, chat with them and if you’re really lucky, snap a pic with them.
