When we heard Brick & Spoon was opening a Magazine Street location and that they were serving all sorts of beignet flavors ALL DAY, we instantly knew we would have a new favorite place for breakfast & brunch. And, we were right. New Orleanians and tourists alike should venture to this new spot to see why they need more beignets in their lives.
We’ll always love traditional beignets, and Brick & Spoon’s house-made seasonal marmalade for dipping takes the traditional to a whole other level.
Chocolate covered beignets
Because chocolate makes everything better. These traditional beignets covered in chocolate sauce with a white chocolate dipping sauce are every babe’s dream. Warning: you might become addicted.
Although churro beignets might not be the official name, they certainly reminded us of those scrumptious Spanish treats. These were our FAVORITE. Served with a café au lait dip, they surely made us scream beign-YAY!
